New to Fusion

Online Equipment Rentals

This version allows you to collect Equipment Rental reservations, submitted by your patrons, directly from the Member Portal. Patrons can easily:

  • Browse your reservable equipment
  • See availability by date and facility
  • Submit reservation requests through a seamless self-service experience

Agreement Billing Enhancements

  • Memberships can now be billed weekly, biweekly, or monthly, providing greater flexibility in managing payments.
  • You can now adjust Agreement Billing Prices for previously sold Agreement Billing Memberships — apply price changes to a singular agreement, or adjust multiple agreements of the same type and billing frequency.

Accessibility Remediations: Title II ADA / WCAG 2.1 AA

This release contains significant WCAG 2.1 AA remediation across the Member Portal to meet Title II ADA compliance requirements ahead of the April 24, 2026 U.S. Department of Justice deadline.

Improvements include:

  • An updated patrons onboarding and sign-in experience in a full-page view
  • A new digital signature capture feature, allowing users to type their name to convert it into a digital signature
  • New and improved calendar date pickers and a modernized Facility Schedule within the Member Portal

Your feedback and dedication to creating a seamless experience for both staff and users have helped shape this release, reflecting our commitment to building a platform that evolves with your needs.

We’re transitioning into a new update process to match our increased delivery speed. From v4.4.0 forward, you will no longer need to specify which release you are requesting when scheduling an update. Instead, your organization will receive the latest publicly available release. If an update is scheduled before a new release becomes available, your Account Relationship Manager will connect with you to ensure you are ready to receive the latest and greatest, or to reschedule your update for a later date.
