New Features

Online Cancellation for Agreement Billing Memberships

Members can now cancel their agreement billing memberships directly from the Member Portal with just a few clicks. This new self-service option can be configured within Membership Settings, allowing members to cancel from their profile. Upon cancellation, membership agreements will automatically expire on the last day of the billing cycle, and members will receive a confirmation email with their updated membership status. Please note that refunds are not automatically processed and will require manual intervention by administrators as needed.

Enhanced Guest Pass Functionality

We've expanded Guest Pass capabilities to include waiver prompts and online custom prompt collection. When the setting to require payer information at the time of sale is selected, waivers can now be presented both in-person at the Point of Sale in Fusion Client and online through the Member Portal. Additionally, you can now use Custom Prompts to collect member responses online via the Member Portal.

Improved Security Controls for LDAP/SSO Accounts

A new security task has been added to control access to the "This is an LDAP/SSO Account" toggle switch. With the "Toggle LDAP/SSO User Status" permission, you can now manage which users can modify this setting under the Edit User Account window in Fusion Client.

Critical Defect Fixes

This release also resolves several critical issues reported by clients, improving overall system stability and performance.
